01 — Meet Clara

More than
a title.

I’m Đường Minh Hằng.
You can also call me Clara.

This is where I keep a record of my personal journey: the work I grow through, the places I discover, and the everyday things I love.

A little more about me

A life,
in my own words.

The woman
I am becoming.

Five years ago, I could not have imagined the person I am today. There was no single dramatic turning point. I simply wanted to grow, and I began making different choices about what I learned, how I worked, and how I cared for myself.

I am drawn to both structure and softness. I enjoy making sense of complicated things, and I care just as much about how I carry myself, how I treat people, and the life I make room for outside work.

This is a chapter of that journey, not the finished story.

02 — A life in frames

Somewhere
new.
Something
to remember.

I travel mostly on my own. It is time I choose for myself: a pause from the familiar, a chance to move at my own pace, and to notice how each place makes me feel.

I like to romanticise the journey — a beautiful room, dinner with a view, the light just before evening. I bring home photographs, but also a deeper appreciation for food, history, culture, and the quiet pleasure of being fully present in my own life.

04 — How I think & work

A clear mind.
A human
approach.

I enjoy work that asks me to understand people and bring structure to moving pieces. Across different roles, I keep returning to the same questions: what matters most, what needs to happen next, and how can we work together more clearly?

01
I start with questions.I want to understand the context before deciding on an approach.
02
I make space for focus.Clear priorities and useful workflows help me move between my responsibilities.
03
I value the people.I am grateful for the managers, colleagues, and people who have trusted me with opportunities.

The work I’m growing through.

My current chapter spans AI, construction, and F&B. Each role gives me a different way to learn.

01Project ManagerAI PROJECTS

I work as a Project Manager on AI projects. This is where my interest in technology meets the practical work of organising priorities, communicating clearly, and helping a project move forward. I keep client and project details private, while continuing to share what this work teaches me.

02Executive AssistantCONSTRUCTION

Alongside my AI work, I am an Executive Assistant in a construction company. It is a different environment, and one that continues to develop my ability to keep information organised, understand priorities, and support the people I work with.

03Co-founderFOOD & BEVERAGE

As a co-founder of an F&B business, I get to explore another side of work. Food is already a personal interest of mine; building a business around it adds new questions about people, decisions, and the care behind an experience.

Before these roles, I worked in Business Development, a field I genuinely enjoyed and felt suited to. That interest in communication and relationships still shapes the way I work today.

05 — The things I love

Away from
the to-do list.

There is another side of my life beyond projects and plans. It lives in the kitchen, in the pages of a book, and in the small routines I choose to keep.

More from my table

01 / IN MY KITCHEN

I love making
a meal of it.

Cooking is one of the ways I like to spend my time at home. I enjoy trying different dishes, learning how flavours work together, and taking care with the meal I put on the table.

My interest in food follows me when I travel, too. There is always something new to taste and something I want to understand a little better.

02 / SOMETHING SWEET

There is usually
another cake.

I bake often. I like the patience it asks of me, the small adjustments along the way, and the pleasure of seeing something I have made come together.

From passionfruit cakes to little citrus desserts, these are small ways I bring warmth and care into everyday life.

03 / BETWEEN THE PAGES

A book opens
another world.

Reading is part of the way I keep learning outside work. I am especially curious about history and cultures: how people lived, what they believed, and how those stories continue to shape the present.

A quiet hour with a book is time for myself, and an invitation to see beyond what I already know.

04 / MOVEMENT

A little stronger,
a little clearer.

The gym is part of how I make time for myself. Movement brings a different rhythm to my day — a moment to reconnect with my body and return with a clearer mind.

05 / GROWING THINGS

A little green,
a slower rhythm.

I enjoy growing plants and caring for a little greenery. Watering, noticing new leaves, and watching something grow bring a gentle kind of pleasure to life at home.

06 / CULTURE & CURIOSITY

There is a story
behind everything.

I love learning about cultures through their food, history, traditions, and everyday life. It gives more meaning to the places I visit and keeps me curious long after a journey ends.

06 — Learning & becoming

There is always
more to understand.

I enjoy learning for the opportunities it creates, but also for the simple pleasure of understanding something I did not know before.

01 / LANGUAGE & CULTURE

English & Chinese

Languages give me more ways to communicate, learn, and understand people. I am continuing to develop both my English and Chinese.

What keeps me curious

My interest goes beyond vocabulary. I enjoy exploring the history and cultural context behind the language, and noticing what changes when I can express an idea more clearly.

02 / PEOPLE & PROJECTS

Learning through work

Project Management and Business Development are subjects I keep coming back to. I am interested in how clear thinking becomes practical, useful action.

What I’m exploring

I want to keep improving how I organise work, communicate with different people, and build systems that support a team rather than add unnecessary complexity.

03 / TECHNOLOGY & POSSIBILITY

A closer look at AI

AI is both part of my work and an area I want to understand more deeply. I am curious about where it can genuinely help people work and create.

How I approach it

I like connecting what I learn with real tasks. For me, understanding a tool means thinking about its usefulness, its limitations, and the people who will use it.

07 — The becoming journal

How is Clara
feeling today?

I want to remember more than the big milestones. This is a private place for the mood, progress, and small wins that shape each week.

A place for the small steps, too.
